Jeff Seymour has been an acting coach for 43 years. He began his career in the entertainment industry in 1979 in Los Angeles, California, on Knotts Landing and began teaching in 1980. Early on, while working in television as an actor, he designed and built The Gnu Theater which went on to become one of LA’s most awarded and respected theaters. Jeff directed and produced all the shows there. He spent 12 years in Canada working in the film and television industry and starred in three different T.V. series, including Jeff Ltd, which he co-created and cowrote. Jeff was one of the directors and executive producers. He has won the Canadian Emmy and has been nominated a total of four times. He has traveled the country as well as in Canada and Australia teaching his highly successful, Real Life Actor seminars. As an actor, Jeff continues to work, most recently finishing guest starring episodes on Suits and Seal Team, and the Expanse. In 2022 Jeff was cast as Charles in the world premier of The Prayer for the French Republic at The Manhattan Theatre Club, directed by the Tony award Winning David Cromer.
